FAQ's
How do I get paid?
You earn a commission on every sale, tracked daily in the Earnings tab and settled by Pinit. The rate is set by the team and is always visible to you in the app.
Do I need my own vehicle?
It depends on your branch and route. Where a vehicle is required, you must hold and maintain any licence or permit your role and local law require — including a valid driving licence. Your branch team will confirm what your area needs before you start.
How is the cash I collect handled?
You collect deposits and payments only as the Rider app instructs, and each one is recorded at the moment you take it. The app generates the customer's digital receipt — you never write one by hand. You then remit and reconcile all collected cash by the deadline and method your franchise sets.
Company cash is never kept, borrowed, mixed with your own, or delayed. Shortfalls may be recovered through lawful deductions.
What if a saree is damaged or returned?
Report any loss, theft, damage, or count mismatch immediately through the app and to your supervisor. Capture genuine damage photos at the actual time and place — never staged or reused images. Every unselected saree goes back at the end of the day and the count is reconciled in the app.
Is there training before my first visit?
Yes. Full training and onboarding are provided before you take a booking, covering how to run a home session, how to handle the suitcase and stock, and how to use the Rider app end to end. You also get ID, branding and on-call support.
Which areas can I work in?
You pick slots in the areas your branch covers. Pinit is operating in Hyderabad first and opening new areas as franchises come online — your branch team will tell you which zones are live for you.
